About Corfu Match

Corfu Match was organized for the first time in 2013 by Corfu Sailing Club and was one of the first match race events in Greece and the only event away from Athens.

In 2017, Corfu Sailing Club invested in this event and tried to upgrade the event to the highest standards of match racing, making Corfu Match the most important match race event not only in the Ionian, but also in National level. The event managed to be of high standards, and in 2018 the event was upgraded from Grade 4 to Grade 3, the only one in Greece.
